  1. 01

    Install the extension

Add Session Injector to Chrome and pin it to your toolbar. There's no account to create and no password to remember.

  2. 02

    Paste your invite code

Your client sends you a code like VA-7KQ2-M9XD. Click the extension, paste it, and choose Connect workspace. You'll see the logins they shared with you and your shift hours.

  3. 03

    Open the login page

Go to the site's login page as usual. When one of your shared logins matches the site, the Session Injector button appears in the login field.

  4. 04

    Click, pick, sign in

Click the button and choose the login. Session Injector fills it in for you — then you click Sign in like normal. You can also use the Fill button inside the extension.

Good to know

The rules your client sets.

Works during your shift

If your client set shift hours, logins only fill during them. Outside your hours you'll see “Outside your allowed shift hours.”

Network limits

Some clients only allow certain networks, like their office. If you're elsewhere you'll see “Your network isn't on the allowed IP list.”

Two-step sign-ins

Some sites ask for the email first. Fill the email, click Next, then use the button again for the password.

More than one client

Got codes from several clients? Add each one. Switch between them from the workspace menu at the top of the extension.

Access can change

Your client can add or remove logins at any time. When access is removed, the extension stops offering that login.

Your privacy

The extension only works on login forms. It doesn't collect your browsing history or anything you type on other sites.

Questions

Assistant FAQ.

Do I need an account?

No. The invite code from your client is all you need.

The button doesn't show up. What do I do?

Check that you're on the login page of the exact site your client shared, that it's within your shift, and that your workspace is connected in the extension. You can also open the extension and use its Fill button. A few sites block autofill tools completely — let your client know if that happens.

Where do I get an invite code?

From your client. They create it in their Session Injector dashboard and send it to you. Each code works once.

What happens when I stop working with a client?

Your client removes your access and their logins disappear from the extension. Logins from your other clients aren't affected.

Got your invite code?

Install the extension and paste it in — you'll be filling logins in under a minute. No code yet? Ask your client to invite you from their dashboard.
