Terms of Service
Effective date: October 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dev Outrage (“we”, “us”), the operator of Session Injector. They apply to the web dashboard at app.sessioninjector.com, the Session Injector browser extension, and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. What the Service does
Session Injector lets a business owner (“Client”) store website logins in an encrypted vault and let their virtual assistants (“Assistants”) use those logins through a browser extension, limited to assigned websites, shift hours, and IP ranges, with the ability to revoke access and review an access log.
2. Accounts
- Clients must provide a valid email address and keep their account password and vault passphrase confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We cannot recover your vault passphrase. If you lose it, your saved passwords cannot be decrypted, and you will need to add them again.
- Assistants connect with invite codes and do not create accounts. An invite code works once; anyone who has the code can use it before it is redeemed, so share codes only with the intended Assistant and revoke any code you think was exposed.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Only store and share logins for accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only with people you are allowed to give access to.
- Follow the terms of the websites whose logins you share. Some platforms do not allow sharing logins; where a platform offers its own staff or delegate access, you are responsible for deciding whether to use that instead.
- Choose your Assistants carefully, revoke access when it is no longer needed, and change passwords when an Assistant leaves.
- Not use the Service to access accounts without permission, to break the law, to send spam, or to harm others.
- Not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get around the Service’s security or access limits.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
4. Security and its limits
We design the Service so that saved passwords are encrypted in the Client’s browser and we cannot read them. However:
- Once a password is filled into a website, a person using that browser may be able to reveal it (for example with the site’s “Show password” option or the browser’s developer tools). The Service reduces how passwords are shared; it cannot prevent an Assistant from seeing a password that has been filled into a page.
- Revoking an Assistant stops new logins through the Service immediately, but it cannot sign them out of sessions they already started on other websites, or erase anything they already saw or copied.
- Autofill may not work on every website, and websites may change in ways that stop it from working.
You use the Service with these limits in mind and remain responsible for the security of the accounts you share.
5. Plans and payment
The Service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, show prices before you buy, and you can choose whether to subscribe. Paid plans, when offered, will be billed through our payment processor and the plan terms shown at checkout will apply.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the information you put into the Service. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it only as needed to run the Service for you.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add, or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces the Service you rely on, we will try to give you notice.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing ariel@devoutrage.com. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 4, 9, 10, and 11) continue after your use ends.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will prevent unauthorized access to the accounts you share.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service, including misuse of shared logins by people you gave access to. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others that arise from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, including sharing logins you were not authorized to share.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify Clients by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
